We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and efficient interfaces for logistics and supply chain management platforms.
About the Project
You will design user interfaces for logistics applications used by warehouse managers, delivery drivers, dispatchers, and logistics coordinators. The platforms handle shipment tracking, warehouse management, route optimization, and fleet coordination. Focus on creating interfaces that work efficiently in fast-paced, mobile-first environments where speed and clarity are critical.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct user research with logistics professionals to understand workflows and pain points
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile logistics applications
- Design dashboards and data visualization tools for real-time tracking and analytics
- Develop mobile-first interfaces optimized for field workers using tablets and smartphones
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements
- Create and maintain design systems and component libraries for logistics platforms
- Design responsive interfaces that work seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
- Test designs with end-users and iterate based on feedback and usability studies
- Ensure designs are accessible and work in various lighting conditions and environments
Required Skills
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with portfolio showcasing logistics, supply chain, or B2B SaaS projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
- Experience designing for mobile-first and field worker applications
- Knowledge of data visualization and dashboard design principles
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design
- Experience with prototyping tools (Framer, Principle, or InVision)
- Ability to work in agile development environment and collaborate with remote teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to present design rationale to stakeholders
