We are looking for an experienced Product Manager / Project Manager to drive the development of innovative e-learning platforms that improve online education for institutions and corporate training programs.
About the Project
You will own delivery and product direction for learning management systems, interactive educational platforms, and student engagement tools. The platforms support video courses, interactive quizzes, virtual labs, and collaborative learning spaces — used by educational institutions and corporate L&D teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the product and project side of cross-functional agile teams delivering e-learning solutions on schedule and within scope
- Define product priorities, roadmap slices, and success metrics with educators, administrators, and learning specialists
- Gather and refine requirements; turn them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and clear backlog items
- Create and maintain project plans: timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies for educational technology initiatives
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to understand educational workflows and learning objectives
- Collaborate with instructional designers, developers, and QA throughout the development lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with accessibility (WCAG), educational standards, and data privacy expectations
- Manage stakeholder relationships with educational institutions and corporate clients
- Run UAT with educators and students; feed insights back into the product backlog
Required Skills
- 4+ years as Product Manager and/or Project Manager in e-learning, edtech, education, or a related SaaS product domain
- Strong product ownership instincts: prioritisation, roadmap thinking, outcome-oriented delivery
- Solid agile practice (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence, or equivalent)
- Experience with requirements gathering, process modeling, and clear documentation
- Understanding of e-learning platforms, LMS, and the educational technology landscape
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively with both educational stakeholders and engineering teams
- Knowledge of educational standards (SCORM, xAPI, LTI) is a plus
- Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, CSPO, or similar product/project credentials) is desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
